Everything looks better in black and white

This was from the Coochi Island trip in August 2007. Quote from Vanessa:

December 2006

Last Christmas, the fam left me AGAIN, this time to travel interstate so Ness could do all her boring med interviews. They took it as an opportunity to visit Bec in Melbs, and as an extra present, they got to see Frank and all of Bui's homies.

They all even travelled to Moe, which is much less glamourous than the name suggests.

So really, interview: low priority, making origami cranes out of paper napkins in a Chinese restaurant with Frank: high priority.

2005 Asia Trip

At the end of 2005, the whole family went on a holiday to Asia without ME!!!! There's no justice in this world I tell you. But the good thing was that I got spoilt rotten when they came back. Mmm...I love being patted...



Well, now here's a fun fact: Vanessa is horrible at taking planes. She seems to get sick everytime she's on one. No joke. Once, the whole fam got to sit in business class and while everyone else was happily watching Mickey Blue Eyes and munching on peanuts, Vanessa was filling up 3 sick bags with her spew.


So like any other trip, she of course, got sick. She made it onto the bus and unfortuntely had to sit next to Bec who was already taking happy snaps. Soon realising that she was going to look like death in every photo unless she did something, Vanessa quickly confiscated the camera off Bec for the rest of the trip...

...and soon was taking photos of everyone else looking like death. That's Vanessa's cousin Ming Wei by the way.
